Learning, respecting
and growing together
as a whole school family

We are a small nursery which became part of Churcham Primary School as of September 2023. Prior to this, we were committee led. Due to being a small nursery with two staff members, we can only cater for a maximum of 12 children a day (dependant upon age ratios) however this allows staff to really get to know each individual child and their families, and to support their individual needs. Children can attend from the age of 2 years, up until they reach school starting age.

Staff are highly committed to giving children the best possible start to their education and support them in achieving their full potential. Children who attend our nursery have the opportunity to experience a range of exciting hands-on experiences including baking, Forest School and story-telling and acting. We aim for children to leave nursery as independent and resilient individuals who have a strong love for learning and who are ready to progress to the next chapter in their educational journey.

We are open on a Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, term time only, and offer a range of session times to be able to cater for different requirements. Children receive 15 hours Government funding, the term following their third birthday. For children who are eligible, we also accept the 30 hours funding for three and four year olds, as well as the 15 hours funding for two year olds. Non-funded hours are charged at £4.50ph and invoiced termly.

We welcome visitors and would love for you to come and see the nursery and what we have to offer.
