Welcome to our web page, this is where as a PTFA we aim to keep you up to date with who we are, what we do, future event details and all our progress.
The PTFA is looked after by a group of volunteers committed to fundraising for our small school, for all its children and staff.
Each year we raise funds for the school, please find below a list of some of the events we hold or wish to hold.

PTFA Membership and Committee
Membership is open to any parents/guardians/carer of children attending Churcham Primary School, friends of the school and all staff are members of the PTFA. Being a member does not commit you to anything. For anyone wishing to help occasionally or be more of an active member, there are mains areas of commitment:
Committee office bearers. These have specific roles within the committee, each role is filled at the AGM by nomination and election. The roles are as follows: Chair, Secretary and Treasurer.
General committee members. These do not require named roles though their support is essential. They make a commitment to be at most of the PTFA meetings. They help at as many or a few events as they can, supporting in any way possible.
Friends of the PTFA. These are invaluable to the committee, without them we wouldn’t be able to do the events we do. They do anything from help set up events to manning stalls. They are welcome to attend the PTFA meetings but are not required to.
